Get Off My Back

Guys, these days there’s nothing I love more then old school looking sweaters and cabbie hats! To get through almost a week of not washing my hair I resort to a ton of dry shampoo & hats, and I’m really digging these cabbie style caps lately. And yes, when you read I can go almost a week of not washing my hair, you read correctly.  With my new silver-ish locks, it’s not good to wash daily or every other day and I can go basically 5-6 days with the help of dry shampoo. Sweater – HM // Skirt – Zara // Shoes – c/o Le Chateau // Hat – Zara // Purse – Winners // Sunglasses – Rayban

Plaid Love

Hey guys! Happy Canadian Gobble Gobble. It’s only fitting to wear plaid on Thanksgiving.  Even though Fall started officially a couple of weeks ago, this weekend has always been the start of Fall for me, which is why a plaid blazer is a must! Today as I stuff with my face with goodness, I continue to remember and be thankful for my life and the people in it. I’m thankful for everything I’ve accomplished alone and with Tiago.  I am thankful for the person I’ve become all thanks to my loving parents. I am thankful that I don’t have to change my crazy silly personality in order for people to want to hang out with me. I am thankful to my loyal followers who love…

80’s Inspired Hair Tutorial

Hey babes! I teamed up with Wahl Canada to show you how to style your hair with their new Skinny Curler. With a 7mm wide rectangular barrel you’ll have long lasting curls even when you think your hair won’t hold a curl.  Sometimes with my hair length it’s hard to curly my hair because of the size of the barrel,  but with the Skinny Curler it was very easy and I never burned myself. You yourself can pick one of these up at: Available to purchase: Amazon: http://amzn.to/2imjTE6 Walmart: http://bit.ly/2fZBIb2 For all my Canadian residents Wahl Canada & I are giving away 2 Skinny Curlers!  To enter follow the instructions below! a Rafflecopter giveaway

End of Summer

Summer was non-existent this year but nothing was stopping me from being as bright as possible.  This summer I really taught myself how to reuse a lot of pieces from last year. I wanted to see how many ways I could change up the look of past outfits. One of the only times I shopped was during Summer sales!  That’s where I picked up this amazing gingham ruffled skirt and floral applique sweater.  I’ve realized I’ve worn these two pieces more in 3 weeks then most of the other items in my wardrobe. Whether it be lounging around on the weekend in a bold colored sweater or on Cityline in this exact outfit I knew I had found great pieces that I would actually wear.…

New Neighbourhood

When you move into a new neighbourhood, you’re always worried if you’ll get along with your neighbours. Just like the saying “You can pick you friends, but not your neighbours”.  We had been to a few meetings where we saw people, but me being somewhat of a shy person at first, I didn’t want to talk to anyone and I would leave right away (they all probably thought ‘SNOB’). The only neighbour I knew was Barbara-Ann Soloman, lifestyle blogger behind Barabra-Ann Style Blog. As the first couple of moving days passed, we slowly met more and more neighbours and instantaneously became friends with them, many of those who we now call some of our best friends. We hang out everyday until the wee hours of…
