Hey Babes!! As most of you know I am on Breakfast Television Toronto this morning talking all about how to dress to look 10 LBS thinner! Tips to remember, to help you look 10 LBS thinner instantly are:
1. Know your body type (pear, hourglass, petite, etc) this will help you instantly look 10 LBS thinner
2. Wear the correct size bra, if you are not exactly sure if you are wearing the right size, be sure to visit a lingerie store to be professionally fitted. This will help you look 5 LBS thinner instantly!
3. Make sure you always stand up straight, shoulders back and suck in your tummy!
Look #1: Pear Shape. Wear looser fitting pants, similar to the PJ pant, and a more fitted top/blouse. This will hide your hips and extenuate your upper body which is smaller. You can opt for an aline midi skirt and fitted blouse which will also work wonders on your body. Pair most of your outfits with heels to help elongate your legs. Look #2: Petite. Wearing a fitted pencil skirt and v-neck tee will help elongate your body. No matter what body type you have I believe that the pencil skirt will elongate and fit all body types. Look #4: Short torso. By wearing a looser fitted blouse and skinny jeans this will help hide all imperfections on the torso (i.e. tummy & larger bust).
