I know summer is coming to an end, but why not make it last slightly longer with frozen treats that I found while watching The Marilyn Denis Show! These Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pops are to die for, and great for end of the summer BBQs! Slightly on the ‘non’ diet side, but who can resist PB & Chocolate these days?!
To make the cheesecake pops less ‘fating’, for the crust I eliminated the sugar, and for the filling I used light cream cheese, and cut back on the sugar by 1/2 cup, and the peanut butter by 1/4 cup. They were still very sweet, but not sickening. Give these Frozen Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pops a try for your end of summer BBQ!
*If you are allergic to Peanut Butter, you can substitute the PB with Nutella. And if you don’t have Reese Peanut Butter Cups you can make them without.
