Baked Honey Mustard Chicken – With Basmati

While living in Portugal I had to learn how to make all the yummy North American food I liked, because things like Honey Mustard Chicken was not an option on a restaurant menu! I came across this easy and delicious recipe for Baked Honey Mustard Chicken. Last night I decided to cook dinner for my parents.

I used chicken thighs instead of chicken breast, and substituted regular mustard for Dijon, to give it that extra flavor! As a side I cooked Basmati rice and prepared a mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette! It was just delicious!
